I sculpted this using: Chavant NSP hard clay. (wax based clay that doesn’t dry out, but need to heat in order to be malleable.) Some sculpting tools of course and my hands and fingers, oh and a lamp with a 100 watt bulb to heat the clay.

I had an idea in my head to make a corset or boostier and played around with ideas in my head. I got home after work on a Wednesday and grabbed the torso of an old busted mannequin that I had drawn tattoos on with a sharpie and started to make the skull breast cup and thought it looked pretty cool (only made one skull, I’ll male a mold and cast 2.). I started making ribs and section of spine to go with it.

It still needs a lot of work and smoothing, but you get the general idea.

I need to get the $ to buy my mold making product and as well as what I plan on casting it with, so it’s taking me a while to get to the point of a finished product.

Hopefully I’ll get this done soon and it’ll turn out the way I plan in my mind. If it turns out the way I plan then I plan on making more and selling them.
